What’s a vacation Superday. A Superday is when you have maximized your vacation experience. It’s when you use inside knowledge of the customs and practices of an area to truly get the most out of your time spent. Where value, excitement and new experiences are the norm. It’s the kind of day when there are no wrong turns, no distractions, nothing misunderstood in translation. It’s the rare vacation day where everything goes right and a beer at the end of the day is well earned and tastes good.
Here at “The Sunset” we are proud to offer two different “Superdays” that are great values, good times, culturally significant and off the beaten path
“Superday # 1” Quads and Lake Day. (Minimum Four People)
7:00 a.m. Breakfast served in house.
7:30 a.m. Begin Quad tour from Nuevo Arenal.
8:30 a.m. Canopy Tour at “The Best Canopy Tour” Eco-lodge
11:00 a.m. Finish “The Best Canopy Tour” remount quads, tour continues around Lake Cote’.
12 Noon: Stop for Costa Rica style lunch and nature hike at “Las Pavas” Costa Rican women’s empowerment group.
1:30 p.m. Finish lunch and hike. Remount quads for alternate return route to Nuevo Arenal.
2:30 p.m Dismount quads.
3:00 p.m. Board Pontoon boat for Sunset Volcano tour snacks served on board..
7:00 Return to Nuevo Arenal town dock and depart for dinner at Mavericks Steakhouse.
Purchased separately this combination of activities would cost $225.00 dollars per person. By participating in “Superdays tours” your total cost per person is $175.00 dollars per person!!! A savings of $50.00 dollars and a whole lot of coordination headache.
Superday # 2 Horseback, Hike and Fish.
7:00 a.m. Breakfast served in house.
8:00 a.m. Depart on Horseback for combination ride and hike through jungle trails (ride intended for experienced riders, ride can be altered for less practiced riders)..
11:30 a.m Dismount and switch to boat for trip to Santa Elena Island, on the lake.
12:30 Arrive at abandoned Santa Elena Island for light lunch and hiking/exploration.
2:30-4:00 p.m. Depart from Santa Elena Island for lake fishing.
5:00 p.m. Dock for dinner in Nuevo Arenal.
