Rental Rates at The Sunset...

Rates are based upon the number of people in your group and are as follows;

  • $265.00 per weeknight, $300.00 per weekend night for the first 4 guests plus tax of 13.49%.
  • Each additional guest pays $65.00 per person per night, plus tax.
  • Children under 5 stay for free.

    • Reservation deposit : 50% to hold a confirmed reservation, balance due upon checkout. Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, cash payments, paper check on US bank and BITCOIN are accepted.

    "The Sunset" sleeps 1-18 people although the recommended group size is twelve. Single or Double occupancy per room, depending upon your group size and needs. Air beds and cribs are available.

    Costa Rica sales and occupancy tax of 13.49% IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE LISTED RATES

Cancellation Policy

  • **100% of reservation deposit refunded if canceled 90 days prior to arrival
  • **50% of reservation deposit refunded if canceled 89 to 60 days prior to arrival
  • **-0% of reservation deposit refunded if canceled less than 59 days before arrival

Vacation rental insurance is recommended in case of Fuerza Mayor.
